Purpose of the software
SQL SafeOps assists users in preparing and performing SQL Server operations. It does not replace professional judgment, database administration practices, change control or tested backups.
User responsibility
The user remains responsible for connection configuration, permission scope, reviewing affected rows, generated SQL, rollback scripts and the consequences of every operation executed against a database.
Backups and data loss
Current, tested backups and an appropriate recovery plan are strongly recommended before production changes. No software tool can guarantee against human error, database defects, infrastructure failure or data loss.
License
A Free or paid entitlement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software under the final plan and device terms. Lifetime means the supported commercial lifetime of the licensed product, subject to final legal wording.
Restrictions
Final terms are expected to prohibit unlawful use, license-key sharing, circumvention of entitlement controls, resale without authorization, and reverse engineering only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Warranty and liability
Warranty disclaimers, liability caps, governing law, dispute terms, refunds, termination, consumer rights and business identity details require qualified legal drafting before launch.
