These terms apply to the free SQL SafeOps beta. No paid plan, checkout or automatic renewal is offered during this phase.
Beta access
Free and time-limited Pro beta access is provided for evaluation and product feedback. Access is personal, non-transferable and may change or end as the product is tested. Starting the trial creates no payment obligation.
Purpose of the software
SQL SafeOps assists with preparing, rehearsing and reviewing SQL Server operations. It does not replace professional judgment, organizational approval, database administration practices, tested backups or a disaster-recovery plan.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for connection settings, permissions, the selected environment, affected rows, generated SQL, recovery plans and every operation executed against a database. Test first and use least-privilege credentials.
Rehearsal and recovery evidence
Rollback-only rehearsal, lock traces, recovery verification and signed capsules provide evidence about a specific observed state; they are not a guarantee that a later production execution will be identical or risk-free.
Backups and availability
Maintain current, tested backups before production changes. The beta is supplied as early-access software and may contain defects, experience downtime or change without notice. Do not rely on it as the only protection against loss.
Acceptable use
Do not use the beta unlawfully, bypass access controls, share account or license credentials, interfere with the service, upload database contents through contact forms, or attempt to compromise other systems.
Commercial launch
Paid sales remain disabled. Before any commercial launch, business identity, consumer or business terms, tax treatment, refunds and liability provisions will require qualified professional review. Privacy or support requests can be submitted through the privacy notice.
