Your database stays local. The beta account does not.

SQL SafeOps is an independent, non-commercial beta project operated from Italy. Use the privacy form below to contact the operator, exercise a data right or request deletion. Full controller and commercial details will be published and professionally reviewed before any paid launch.

The account service can process name, email address, authentication provider, verified-email state, trial or license status, application version and essential security records. A beta or privacy form also stores the name, email, role and message you choose to submit.

SQL Server credentials, connection strings, queries, database and table names, records, generated SQL, rollback snapshots, rehearsal evidence and Change Capsules stay between the Windows app, the local filesystem and the target SQL Server. They are not sent to the SQL SafeOps account API.

Google Ads loading and conversion measurement are disabled during the beta. The site does not load the Google advertising tag unless advertising is deliberately re-enabled in a future release with the corresponding consent controls.

New checkout is disabled and the beta does not request a card or create a subscription. Stripe configuration is retained for existing entitlement servicing and future technical validation, but it is not a route around the operator’s tax or legal obligations.

Technical telemetry is off by default. Optional operation history remains on the device and can contain timestamps, a local server alias, object names, operation type, affected-row count and outcome; it does not contain complete records and is not synchronized.

Beta contact records and account data are kept only while needed to operate or evaluate the beta and handle security or rights requests. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. No SQL data is needed in this form.
